Automatically scan your content each time you save a draft or hit publish and receive real-time feedback on your post’s or page’s accessibility. It’s like WAVE in your WordPress Dashboard.
Receive a visual overview of how your content performs against more than 40 different accessibility checks created to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 success criteria. Plugin Purchase FAQs
What support is included?
Equalize Digital provides free personalized support on plugin usage and features via a support ticket system for all license holders. This includes information about functionality and troubleshooting assistance. You may open a support ticket at any time. Plugin support is limited to providing assistance in using the plugin but does not include support resolving any specific accessibility issues that have been identified.
Can you help me figure out how to fix an error or warning on my website?
If you have questions about specific errors and warnings on your website or need help fixing problems, we offer priority support packages that include full (phone and email) access to our accessibility specialists and developers. If you need more in-depth auditing, user testing, and remediation, or would like to get your website certified as accessible, we can help with that too.
What are license keys used for?
License keys connect your site to ours, allowing us to send you automatic updates for the plugin. Updates include the addition of new features, bug fixes, and checker rule modifications to maintain compliance as Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) change. Additionally, an active license is required to use Pro features.
How many sites can I activate my license key on?
License keys can be activated on one or multiple websites depending upon the package that you have purchased. You can deactivate your license key and move it to another site at any time. Development or localhost URLs are excluded from license key restrictions.
How are licenses renewed?
License keys are subscription-based and will automatically renew every year using the same payment method that you used for the original purchase. If you decide to cancel, you may do so on the Manage Subscriptions page of your account dashboard.
Do I lose functionality if my license key is not active?
To utilize Accessibility Checker Pro features, receive plugin updates, and support, you do need to have an active license key. If your license key has expired, you can continue to use the free version of Accessibility Checker but will lose access to Pro features.
Can I change the website my license is associated with?
Yes, you can deactivate any currently registered site(s) on the License Keys page of your account dashboard, after which you will be able to activate the license on a new site.
Can I request a refund?
You are more than welcome to request a refund within 30 days of purchasing your license keys. Please view our full terms and conditions for more details on our refund policy.
